Pursuant to Paragraph 9.03 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of ITMAX is pleased to announce that ITMAX had on 18 August 2026 accepted the Letter of Acceptance dated 12 August 2026 ("LOA") awarded by Pertubuhan Keselamatan Sosial for the development of the employment portal for a contract period of five years commencing 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2031, for a contract sum of RM186,840,000.11 only (inclusive of 8% SST).
