Outcome of Meeting

The Board of Directors of Sunview Group Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that the resolution as prescribed in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company dated 28 July 2026 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the EGM of the Company.


The result of the poll was validated by Sky Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
