Pursuant to Paragraph 9.03 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of ITMAX ("Board") is pleased to announce that ITMAX had on 10 August 2026 accepted the Notification of Approval of the Universal Service Provider for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of communications infrastructure and digital connectivity ("Services") for Kota Kinabalu Smart City Project dated 6 August 2026 ("Notification of Approval") from the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission ("MCMC")  for a service period comprising an implementation period of up to 24 months, followed by an operational period of five years thereafter ("Total Service Period") commencing 6 August 2026, for an approved cost of RM134,299,294.15 only.
