Reference is made to the announcement dated 7 August 2025 ("Initial Announcement") and the subsequent updates in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") between  the Company and Tianjin Master Logistics Equipment Co., Ltd. ("Tianjin Master") (collectively known as "Parties") for exploration of collaboration opportunities and partnership opportunities.

Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Initial Announcement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the MOU has lapsed on 6 August 2026 and is of no further force and effect.

The expiration of the MOU is not expected to have any material financial impact on the Company and its subsidiaries.
