The Board of Directors of Sunview wishes to announce that UHY Malaysia PLT (AF 1411), having consented to act as Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, is appointed as the auditors of the Company with effect from 31 July 2026 and will hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
