SUNVIEW GROUP BERHAD ("SUNVIEW" OR THE "COMPANY")

(I)	ACQUISITION OF SOLAR PLANT;
(II)	ACQUISITION OF JSNT; AND
(III)	DIVERSIFICATION

(COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE "PROPOSALS")

Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Circular to Shareholders on 11 March 2026 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to inform that further to the issuance of the Circular on 11 March 2026, SAM 2 had on 14 July 2026 entered into a novation agreement with PKNP and PKNP Reneuco ("Novation Agreement").

Pursuant to the Novation Agreement, SAM 2 shall assume all the benefits, rights, interests, obligations and liabilities of PKNP Reneuco under the Solar Plant Lease Agreement previously executed between PKNP and PKNP Reneuco with effect from 1 June 2026 ("Effective Date").

PKNP Reneuco shall remain solely responsible for and shall settle all outstanding sums, liabilities and obligations due and owing to PKNP under the Solar Plant Lease Agreement arising prior to the Effective Date.

Save for the above, all other terms and conditions of the Solar Plant Lease Agreement remains unchanged.
