- ACCEPTANCE OF LETTER OF AWARD FROM MALAKOFF EVERGREEN SDN. BHD. TO FABULOUS SUNVIEW SDN. BHD., A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY FOR A PROJECT AT SUNGAI LIKAU, BINTULU, SARAWAK

We refer to the announcement dated 5 March 2026 in relation to the LOA from MEVSB for the Project ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.

The Board wishes to announce that, MEVSB and Fabulous Sunview had on 30 June 2026, via a letter of extension of time, mutually agreed to extend the CP Period for the execution of the EPCC Contract for another two (2) months from 3 July 2026 to 3 September 2026.

All other provisions of the LOA remain the same and be in full force and effect.
