The Board of Directors of Infoline is pleased to announce that Infoline IT Solutions Sdn. Bhd. ("Infoline IT"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 19 June 2026 entered into a MOU with PEOPLElogy Berhad and all its subsidiaries, collectively referred to as "PEOPLElogy" to establish a strategic collaboration framework, whereby Infoline IT is recognised as an Anchor Technology Partner in supporting PEOPLElogy's nationwide talent development initiatives.
