Yenher Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that at the Sixth Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 12 June 2026, all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Sixth Annual General Meeting dated 30 April 2026 were approved by the shareholders by way of poll.


The results of the poll were duly verified by Commercial Quest Sdn. Bhd., the independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
