Outcome of Meeting

The Board of Directors of XOX Networks Berhad ("XOX Networks" or the "Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Twentieth Annual General Meeting ("20th AGM") dated 30 April 2026 were duly passed by the shareholders by way of poll at the 20th AGM of the Company held on 11 June 2026.

The results of the poll were validated by SharePolls Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
