The Board of Directors of ITMAX System Berhad ("ITMAX") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of Twenty-Fourth Annual General Meeting ("24th AGM") dated 28 April 2026 were duly passed at the 24th AGM of ITMAX held on 8 June 2026.

The results of the poll, which has been verified by Scrutineer Solutions Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by ITMAX, is attached for reference.
