For consistency, the abbreviations and definitions in this announcement are the same as those defined in the announcements dated 20 February 2025 (GA1-20022025-00034) pertaining to a Memorandum of Understanding dated 20 February 2025 entered into between Bina Darulaman Berhad ("BDB") [Registration No. 199501003751 (332945-X)] and Mutiara Perlis Sdn Bhd ("MPSB") [Registration No. 201701029127 (1243296-A)] to establish a collaboration on potential and future projects and development in Northern Region ("Proposed Collaboration").

The Board of Directors of BDB wishes to announce following expiration of the MOU, both Parties have mutually agreed not to proceed with the Proposed Collaboration.
