Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the previous announcements dated 16 December 2025 and 2 April 2026 ("Announcements").

Further to the Announcements made by the Company in relation to the Adjudication Claim, the Board of Directors of IHB wishes to announce that Infraharta Sdn. Bhd. ("ISB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 14 May 2026 served a Winding Up Notice pursuant to Section 466(1)(a) of the Companies Act 2016 dated 14 May 2026 ("Notice") to STISB at its registered office and business addresses.

Pursuant to the Notice, STISB was required to settle the outstanding sum within twenty-one (21) days from the date of service, by or before 4 June 2026. Failing compliance with the Notice, ISB reserves its rights to commence winding-up proceedings against STISB to recover the outstanding amount due and owing to the Company.

On 3 June 2026, STISB filed a Judicial Management Application ("JM Application") in the High Court of Shah Alam. The filing of the JM Application has triggered a statutory moratorium that restricts the commencement or continuation of winding-up proceedings against STISB pending the Court's determination of the application. The hearing of the JM Application is expected to be fixed within sixty (60) days from the date of filing.

Considering the potential impact of the JM Application on the Company's recovery efforts, the Company has resolved to take the necessary legal steps to safeguard the Company's interests.

The Company will make the appropriate announcements to Bursa Securities as and when there are material developments in relation thereto in accordance with Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
