We refer to our announcements dated 5 January 2024, 9 January 2024, 8 February 2024, 27 February 2024, 1 March 2024, 15 March 2024, 18 March 2024, 25 March 2024, 5 April 2024, 19 April 2024, 25 April 2024, 14 May 2024, 31 May 2024, 4 June 2024, 19 July 2024, 18 September 2024, 3 December 2024, 16 January 2025, 20 February 2025, 20 March 2025, 29 April 2025, 13 May 2025, 15 May 2025 and 29 May 2025 in respect of the above Suit. Unless otherwise defined, all definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in our said earlier announcements. 

The Board of the Company wishes to inform that the Court has fixed the trial dates for the Defendant's Counterclaim on 13 September 2027, 14 September 2027, 15 September 2027 and 17 September 2027. The Court also directed parties to file and exchange their respective Witness Statements on or before 30.08.2027, being two (2) weeks before the trial dates.

The Company will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereof and/or upon receipt of any further directions by the Court.
