The Board of Directors of Bina Darulaman Berhad wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, BDB Infra Sdn Bhd [Registration No. 197301002843 (16289-A)] had received a Surat Setuju Terima (Bagi Tender Kerja) ("the Letter") dated 30 April 2026 from Kedah State Government for the purpose of state road maintenance for the period of 60 months for Zone 1 (Daerah Kota Setar, Kubang Pasu, Padang Terap and Pokok Sena) subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Letter. 

The Letter was received on the 17th of May 2026.
