The Board of Directors of EMCC wishes to inform that EMCC intends to seek its shareholders' approval in respect of the Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a revenue and/or trading nature ("Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming Fourth Annual General Meeting of the Company.

A Circular to shareholders containing the details of the Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate will be announced and published on the Company's website in due course.
