The Board of Directors of YHB wishes to announce that the Company is proposing to seek shareholders' approval for Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate and Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened at a later date to be announced. (collectively referred to as the "Proposal").

A circular to shareholders' containing information on the Proposal will be issued to shareholders in due course.
