We refer to the announcements dated 18 August 2025 and 17 October 2025 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that the Securities Commission Malaysia had, vide its letter dated 1 April 2026, approved the Proposed Transfer under Section 214(1) of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007. The SC also took note that Agmo has complied with the Bumiputera equity requirement for public listed companies pursuant to its listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities.

Further, in compliance with subparagraph 2A.2 under Practice Note 22 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, additional information on the Company is set out in the enclosed attachment.
