The Board of Directors of Prolintas Managers Sdn Bhd ("Trustee-Manager") wishes to announce that Prolintas Infra BT intends to seek its unitholders' approval for the proposed renewal of unitholders’ mandate for recurrent related party transactions (“RRPT”) of a revenue or trading nature at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

Prolintas Infra BT had procured its unitholders' mandate at its last AGM held on 30 April 2025, to allow Prolintas Infra BT to enter into RRPT of a revenue or trading nature with the related parties. The unitholders' mandate will lapse upon the conclusion of the forthcoming 2nd AGM unless the mandate is renewed. Prolintas Infra BT proposes to seek the approval of its unitholders for the Proposed RRPT Mandate at its forthcoming 2nd AGM.

A circular to unitholders containing the information on the above will be issued in due course.
