Unless otherwise stated or redefined, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those set out in the Company’s announcements dated 3 March 2025, 18 April 2025 and 4 June 2025 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements”).

On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the JDA under the Proposed Joint Development had been mutually terminated on 13 March 2026 with immediate effect. As such, the Proposed Joint Development and the Proposed Diversification have been aborted.
