The Board of Directors of AGMO wishes to update the status of the following Memorandum of Understandings (collectively “MOUs” and individually “MOU”):-

1. MOU dated 13 June 2023 between AGMO and Alibaba Cloud (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. 

     - There has been no material development on the status of this MOU since the last announcement made on 21 November 2025.

2. MOU dated 12 June 2024 between Agmo Studio Sdn. Bhd. (“Agmo Studio”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and SNS Network (M) Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of SNS Network Technology Berhad

   - There has been no material development on the status of this MOU since the last announcement made on 21 November 2025.

3. MOU dated 29 November 2024 between Agmo Studio and MaiStorage Technology Sdn. Bhd.

  - There has been no material development on the status of this MOU since the last announcement made on 25 November 2025.
