Reference is made to the Company's announcements made on 7 August 2025 and 24 November 2025 pertaining to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) made between the Company and Tianjin Master Logistics Equipment Co., Ltd.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there is no material development on the status of the MOU as announced previously.
