Pursuant to Rule 9.19(36) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there is a deviation of more than 10.00% between the unaudited quarterly results fro the FPE 2025, which was announced on 28 November 2025 and the audited financial statements for the FPE 2025 (“Deviation”).
