We refer to the announcements dated 14 January 2026, 15 January 2026 and 22 January 2026 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 28 January 2026, resolved to approve the listing and quotation of up to 56,773,010 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement.

The approval by Bursa Securities for the above is subject to the following conditions:

1. Kenanga IB to furnish Bursa Securities with details of the proposed placee(s) as per Rule 6.16 of the Listing Requirements for Bursa Securities’ clearance, prior to the issuance / allotment of the Placement Shares;

2. Sunview to furnish a certified true copy of the resolution passed by the shareholders for a general mandate under Sections 75 and 76 of the Act at the Company’s forthcoming AGM, in the event the current general mandate expires prior to completion of the Proposed Private Placement;

3. Kenanga IB and Sunview must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;

4. Kenanga IB and Sunview to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Private Placement; and

5. Kenanga IB to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed.
