The Board of Directors of OCK (the “Board”) wishes to announce on 28 January 2026 that OCK Datawave Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (“OCK Datawave”) entered into a Distributorship Agreement with Fujikura Ltd. (“Fujikura”) (“Agreement”). Pursuant to the Agreement, Fujikura appoints OCK's subsidiary, OCK Datawave (“Distributor”), as non-exclusive distributor of Fujikura Optical Cable and its related accessories (“Fujikura Products”) in the specified territories approved by Fujikura under the terms and conditions set out in the Agreement.
