Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 9 January 2026, the Board wishes to announce the following additional information as requested by Bursa Securities:
2. INFORMATION OF THE PARTIES
The Landlord
As at the announcement date, the Directors of IMED are Dato’ Seri Tan Kean Tet, Tan Cho Chia and Tan Seok Ying. IMED is a wholly-owned subsidiary of IWB.
The Tenant
As at the announcement date, the Directors of Aperion are Cheng-Ko Jacob Sun and Ang Khoon Siang. Aperion is a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Aperion Technologies (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
3. DETAILS OF THE AGREEMENT
The salient terms of the Agreement are as follows:

Commencement and Completion date of the Proposed Construction

The Landlord have furnished the Tenant a complete construction schedule for the Proposed Construction.
Subject to the approval from the appropriate authorities, the Proposed Construction is expected to commence on the 3rd week of January 2026 and is expected to be completed in April 2026.
