We refer to the announcements made on 3 July 2025, 16 July 2025, 17 July 2025, 8 August 2025 and 19 December 2025 in relation to the Share Capital Reduction (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the sealed court order in relation to the High Court confirming the Share Capital Reduction has been lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia today. Pursuant thereto, the Share Capital Reduction shall therefore take effect and be deemed completed on 6 January 2026.
