Reference is made to the announcements dated 21 August 2025, 21 October 2025, 5 December 2025, 8 December 2025, 9 December 2025, 31 December 2025 and 5 January 2026 in relation to the Proposals (collectively referred to as “Announcements”) as well as the circular to shareholders of the Company dated 9 December 2025 in relation to the Proposals (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements and Circular shall apply herein.
