The Board of Directors of INFOLINE ("the Board") is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary in Malaysia, Infoline IT Solutions Sdn Bhd (“INFOLINE IT”), had on 5 January 2026 accepted a Letter of Award from Niaga Sari Sdn. Bhd. ("NSSB") for nominated sub-contract for the supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical works for a 30-storey service apartment development project in Terengganu, Malaysia (“Contract”) with a contract value of RM9,651,963.59 (Ringgit Malaysia Nine Million Six Hundred and Fifty-One Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty-Three and Fifty-Nine Cents), exclusive of 6% Sales and Services Tax ("SST").

Pursuant to the Contract, the sub-contract works shall comprise the supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical works.

A formal contract incorporating all relevant details of the Contract and which constitutes the entire agreement between INFOLINE IT and NSSB will be executed in due course.

The Contract will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of INFOLINE and its subsidiaries (“INFOLINE Group”). Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the Contract is expected to contribute positively towards the earnings and net assets of INFOLINE Group until the expiration of the Contract.

INFOLINE Group does not foresee any exceptional risk other than the normal operational risks associated with the Contract, which are within the ordinary course of business of INFOLINE Group.

The Contract, being part of the ordinary course of business of INFOLINE Group, is not subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company or any relevant authorities.

None of the Directors, major shareholders of INFOLINE and/or persons connected with them, have any interest, direct or indirect in the Contract.

The Board, after having considered all aspects of the Contract, is of the opinion that the Contract is in the best interest of the Company.
