PETRONAS Gas Berhad (“PGB” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that, following approval by the Government of Malaysia, revised tariffs for gas transportation and regasification services under Regulatory Period 3 (“RP3”) will be implemented from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2028. This decision, communicated via a letter from Suruhanjaya Tenaga received on 24 December 2025, applies to the following facilities under the PGB Group, with the newly approved RP3 base tariffs and allowed tariff considering the annual tariff adjustment as follows:

The tariffs revision underscores the shared commitment of the Government and PGB to uphold transparency, cost efficiency, and the long-term resilience of Malaysia’s gas industry while maintaining competitive tariffs. These tariffs have been determined in accordance with the Incentive-Based Regulation (IBR) framework which ensures consumers continue to benefit from a secure and reliable gas supply. PGB remains steadfast as a trusted energy partner, dedicated to supporting the nation’s transition and growth agenda through successful implementation of RP3.
Under the RP3 tariff requirement, PGB will continue to prioritise the reliability and availability of gas transportation and regasification infrastructure, consistent with previous RP periods. The approved RP3 tariffs are expected to enable both segments to sustain their positive contribution to PGB and its subsidiaries’ earnings.
