Pursuant to Paragraph 9.03 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of ITMAX is pleased to announce that ITMAX had on 23 December 2025 accepted the Letter of Acceptance dated 17 December 2025 (“LOA”) awarded by Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (hereinafter referred to as “DBKL”) for the provision of operational and maintenance services for a smart traffic light system for a contract period of three years (“Contract Period”), for a contract sum of RM42,000,000.00 only. The commencement date of the Contract Period will be determined upon the issuance of the Work Order Letter by DBKL.
