We refer to the announcements made on 3 July 2025, 16 July 2025, 17 July 2025 and 8 August 2025 in relation to the Share Capital Reduction (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaya had, on 19 December 2025, granted an order confirming the Share Capital Reduction pursuant to Section 116 of the Act.

The sealed court order will be extracted and lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia for the Share Capital Reduction to take effect.

The effective date of the Share Capital Reduction will be announced in due course.
