Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 16 August 2024, 28 November 2024, 23 December 2024, 13 February 2025, 26 March 2025, 31 July 2025, 22 August 2025, 3 October 2025 and 27 November 2025 respectively. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that it received an update from its solicitor on 12 December 2025 regarding the rescheduling of trial dates based on the Court’s next available dates. At present, the trial date on 12 December 2025 has been vacated, and new trial dates are fixed on 6, 7, 13 and 14 of April 2026, and 6, 20 and 21 of May 2026.

The Company will make further announcement as and when deemed appropriate regarding any developments in this matter.
