The Board of Directors of RAMSSOL (“Board”) is pleased to announce that on 5 December 2025, Rider Gate Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (“RGSB”), received a letter of appointment from the Road Transport Department of Malaysia (“JPJ”) in relation to the appointment of RGSB as a Collection Agent for the provision of services relating to vehicle ownership transfer registration, renewal of motor vehicle licenses and electronic payment of summons for a period of two (2) years from the commencement date of JPJ services on the Rider Gate application platform portal, subject to the terms of appointment as set out in the said letter (“Contract”).
