We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 1 October 2025, 10 October 2025, 29 October 2025 and 31 October 2025 in relation to the Proposed Internal Reorganisation.

The Board wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaya had, on 8 December 2025, granted leave to the Company to convene a meeting for its members in relation to the Proposed Internal Reorganisation to be held within 6 months from 8 December 2025. 

The venue, date and time of the Court-Convened Meeting will be announced in due course.
