Pursuant to Rules 9.03 and 9.04 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of EMCC (“Board”) wishes to announce that Evergreen Cahaya Holdings Sdn Bhd (“ECH”), a wholly owned subsidiary of EMCC, had on 5 December 2025 accepted a letter of offer from BI for a short-term revolving credit facility of RM50.0 million (the “Facility”).
