(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Company’s announcement dated 22 April 2024, except where the context otherwise defined herein)


Further to the Company’s announcements made on 22 April 2024, 25 November 2024, 25 February 2025, 26 May 2025 and 21 August 2025, the Board wishes to inform that there has been no material development pertaining to the status of the MOU entered between SSB, a 65%-owned subsidiary of ITMAX and JGSB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of JCORP.


Further announcement on any material development in respect of the MOU will be made in due course.
