We refer to the announcement dated 11 September 2025.

JLG REIT Managers Sdn Bhd, as the manager of Al-Salam REIT, is pleased to announce that the Issuer, a special purpose vehicle wholly owned by Al-Salam REIT via Amanahraya Trustees Berhad (as the trustee of Al-Salam REIT), has on 24 November 2025, made its first maiden rated Senior Sukuk Wakalah issuance of RM455.0 million in nominal value under the guarantee tranche (“Guaranteed Tranche”) guaranteed by Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility from the Sukuk Wakalah Programme.

Proceeds raised from the first issuance of AAA-rated Senior Sukuk Wakalah with issuance tenures of 5 years will be utilised by the Issuer to refinance the existing outstanding Sukuk Ijarah of RM455.0 million. 

Maybank Investment Bank Berhad (“Maybank IB”) is the Sole Principal Adviser, Sole Lead Arranger for the Sukuk Wakalah Programme.CIMB Investment Bank Berhad, Maybank IB and RHB Investment Bank Berhad are Joint Lead Managers in respect of the first issuance of Senior Sukuk Wakalah under the Guaranteed Tranche.
