The Board of Directors of SMTrack Berhad wishes to announce the Company's application to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) to seek approval from the CCM for an Extension of Time of up to 31 December 2026 to hold its 2026 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) pursuant to Section 340 of the Companies Act, 2016 has been approved.
