PRIVATE PLACEMENT

We refer to the announcements made on 24 October 2024, 28 October 2024, 25 November 2024, 5 May 2025 and 14 May 2025 (“Announcements”) in relation to, amongst others, the Private Placement. For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcements unless otherwise defined herein.

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that EMCC had on 10 November 2025 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for an extension of time to complete the implementation of the Private Placement.

The outcome of the extension of time application will be announced upon receiving the decision from Bursa Securities.
