The Board of Directors of PETRONAS Gas Berhad (“Board”) wishes to announce that pursuant to administrative requirements of the High Court in Kuala Lumpur, the Company's solicitors has withdrawn the previous court papers and refile the cause papers adopting a new filing code today, 31 October 2025 in the High Court in Kuala Lumpur to obtain the requisite order for leave to be granted to the Company to convene a meeting of its members in relation to the Proposed Internal Reorganisation.
