Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 29 October 2024, 28 January 2025, 28 April 2025, 30 May 2025 and 25 August 2025 in relation to the MOU between Agmo Studio Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and YYC GST Consultants Sdn. Bhd. (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of AGMO wishes to announce that the Parties have mutually agreed to extend the duration of the MOU to facilitate continued discussions until a definitive agreement is executed or the MOU is otherwise terminated.
