We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 1 October 2025 and 10 October 2025 in relation to the Proposed Internal Reorganisation.

The Board of Directors of PETRONAS Gas Berhad (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company had, on 28 October 2025, via its solicitors, filed the relevant court papers to the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur to obtain the requisite order for leave to be granted to the Company to convene a meeting of its members in relation to the Proposed Internal Reorganisation.
