Reference is made to the announcement dated 11 September 2023 in relation to the Sukuk Murababah Programme.

OCK Group Berhad ("OCK" or the" Issuer") wishes to announce the upsizing of the Sukuk Murabahah Programme from RM700.0 million to RM1.0 billion in nominal value (“Upsizing of Sukuk Murabahah Programme”).

1.0 INTRODUCTION

Lodgement with the Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”) for the Upsizing of Sukuk Murabahah Programme was made on 27 October 2025 pursuant to the Guidelines on Unlisted Capital Market Products under the Lodge and Launch Framework issued by the SC on 9 March 2015 and revised on 5 February 2024 (as amended or substituted from time to time) (“LOLA Guidelines”).

2.0   DETAILS OF THE SUKUK MURABAHAH PROGRAMME

The Sukuk Murabahah Programme has been accorded a long-term rating of AA-IS with a Stable outlook by MARC Ratings Berhad.

Notwithstanding that, each tranche of Sukuk Murabahah may be issued on a rated, unrated or a combination of rated and unrated, to be determined prior to issuance of the Sukuk Murabahah.

3.0   ADVISERS

United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd is the Principal Adviser, Lead Arranger and Lead Manager for the Sukuk Murabahah Programme.
