The Board of Directors of IWB wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed New and Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature at the forthcoming Fifty-Sixth Annual General Meeting of the Company.

A Circular to Shareholders containing the details of the aforesaid proposal will be issued to the shareholders in due course.
