(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Company’s announcements dated 30 August 2024, 22 November 2024, 25 November 2024, 31 December 2024, 26 May 2025, 12 September 2025 and 16 October 2025 in relation to, inter-alia, the Proposed Acquisitions).

On behalf of the Company, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the application for the listing and quotation of 25,227,272 Consideration Shares in relation to the Proposed Acquisitions have been submitted to Bursa Securities today.

Additionally, Maybank IB also wishes to announce that the application to BNM in accordance with the BNM Approval, in view of the Revised Purchase Consideration, have been submitted to BNM today.
