We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 19 September 2025 in relation to the Vessel Acquisitions (“the Announcement”). The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise states, bear the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement, where applicable.

Pursuant to Addendum No. 1 to the MOA between the Seller and Melisar Corporation Pte. Ltd. executed on 11 October 2025, inter-alia, Melisar Corporation Pte. Ltd. has nominated LFG Ace Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of LFG incorporated in Liberia, as the new buyer of the vessel MV Pacific Ace.

The Board wishes to announce that the acquisition of MV Pacific Ace has been completed on 16 October 2025, following the successful closing meeting and physical delivery of the said vessel to the new buyer, thereby concluding the transaction in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the MOA and its subsequent addenda.

The acquisition of MV Pacific Pride is currently in progress, and a further announcement will be made upon its completion.
