Encik Noor Effendy Othman has over 30 years of experience in property, facility, asset and project management. He is currently the Group Chief Executive Officer of PDC Premier Holdings Sdn. Bhd. since July 2023, responsible for the Group's overall strategic, operational and financial management, covering property development, property and facilities management, engineering, contracts and projects, sustainability programmes as well as safety, health and environment compliance.
He was previously the Chief Operating Officer of Damansara Assets Sdn. Bhd. (a member of Johor Corporation) from 2020 to 2022, overseeing asset lifecycle, property and facilities management, business development, leasing and marketing. He also held senior roles in Knight Frank Malaysia, Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia, Iskandar Investment Berhad, HICOM Facility Management Berhad and Putrajaya Holdings Sdn. Bhd., where he was involved in township management, corporate facilities, contract management, project management and business development.
Earlier in his career, he held managerial and engineering positions with AMCORP, Jones Lang Wotton and Kejuruteraan Bintai Kindenko Sdn. Bhd., where he gained extensive exposure in electrical engineering, project management, shopping complex operations and property management. |
