We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 20 August 2025 in relation to the Vessel Acquisition (“the Announcement”). The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise states, bear the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement, where applicable.

Pursuant to Addendum No. 1 and Addendum No. 2 to the MOA executed on 8 October 2025, inter-alia, the Buyer has nominated Lianson Odyssey Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of LFG incorporated in Liberia, as the new buyer of the Vessel.

The Board wishes to announce that the Vessel Acquisition has been completed on 15 October 2025, following the successful closing meeting and physical delivery of the Vessel to the new buyer, thereby concluding the transaction in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the MOA and its subsequent addenda.
