The Board of Directors of RAMSSOL (“Board”) is pleased to announce that Rams Peopletech Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Rams Solutions Sdn. Bhd.), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company ("RAMS") had on 2 September 2025 entered into a Tencent Cloud Distributor Agreement with Tencent Cloud International Pte. Ltd. ("Tencent"), for the appointment of RAMS as a partner to resell software, content, digital materials and other items and services made available as a service offering by Tencent to RAMS (“Tencent Services”) to second-level reseller of Tencent Services resold by RAMS (“Second Level Resellers”) worldwide but excluding the People’s Republic of China and territories where Tencent does not provide Tencent Services or RAMS does not have the license or permit to resell Tencent Services (“Territory”) to End Users, subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Tencent Cloud Distributor Agreement ("Agreement").
